Welcome! I’m Mel. I wear a few different hats, and aside from my primary role as a Shih Tzu butler, there is a common thread that runs between them. My work is centered around helping folks find better balance in both their minds and nervous systems, so they can live with more ease and vitality.

I have a background in psychology and contemplative traditions, over a decade of experience helping people navigate mental health struggles, as well as training in yoga and 5NP ear acupuncture. All of this allows me to offer a unique blend of care.

I love and deeply value my role as a psychotherapist, but I found that much of the healing work I’m qualified to provide falls outside the scope of my counseling license. So I created a separate business where I can blend all my expertise together. These are the offerings you’ll find herein.

It was nonlinear path to get here, but I love what I do. And I would be honored for the opportunity to walk your path with you, and help you move the needle on feeling better.
